What is the Subconscious Solution?

Our habits, addictions & pain are a byproduct of built up energy trying to force its way out. The self soothing things we do to bring us those glimpses of peace, are the flags & signals for what must be addressed. Western/mainstream medicine attempts to treat & mask the symptoms, which essentially redirects the trapped energy to be released through another channel. We believe that moving forward requires reflecting back on the root cause of what we desire to address. By releasing trapped emotion in past conscious/subconscious memories, we enable our body to naturally heal itself. The brain is in every cell of the body, & my method of hypnotherapy heals on that basis. When negative emotion is locked in the cells of our body, it ripples outward & manifests into dis-ease. The Subconscious Solution is to guide you through this process with confidence & regain self-empowerment. This system of thought is based on the belief that the subconscious mind is the strongest, universal tool for self-healing.
